Magicby =Poppet-PicturesWhile I do find this photograph similar to many others on the site, there was also something that jumped out at me in this particular one. The angle at which the photo was taken allows for a great amount of visible detail. I do wonder what the photograph would look like had the model been wearing more toned down and natural looking make-up. I think by doing so the camera would truely pick up on her very natural beauty, and would contribute to the overall innocence of the nature of the photo. I also enjoy the close up of the model. There is no outside distractions of a background, it purely focuses right on the intented image. I very much admire this photograph and the skill in which it was set up. Very nice work!

CommentsDevious CommentsI'm a writer, so I don't know a TON about photography, so why do you feel it's out dated? To be honest, lol, I would use the word fresh to describe how the photo came across to me.

Everybody stumbles some times and needs a hand to hold.~Dierks Bentley I realise how silly this will sound, especially when the photo was only taken a few months ago. But my technical ability has advanced so much since I took this photo and I know a lot more.
I guess it's similar to the same what that many artists (painters and drawers, I mean when I use that word in this context) dislike their older paintings and drawings; you begin to see the flaws in what you used to be proud of. |
